ADULT LEADERS (30yrs – 60 yrs)
An Adult Leader gives have a range of occasions to give back to young groups and to support the Guiding movement. The Adult Leader oversee the organization’s development for growth and promote accountability and members’ satisfaction.

The Adult Leaders can:
⦁ Join volunteers working groups
⦁ Create partnerships with other NGOs/INGOs
⦁ Advocate for girls’ issues
⦁ Choose to become commissioners or trainers
⦁ Represent UGGA at the national and global level
⦁ Mentor and coach groups of young leaders
⦁ Nature other guide groups and inculcate them into all guiding activities.
